A starting point: when the way you’re living no longer feels true

You might be here because something in your life no longer feels quite right, even if you can’t easily explain what has changed.

Perhaps you’re functioning day to day, yet feel disconnected from yourself, going through the motions, or living in a way that no longer feels true.

Often there isn’t a single problem to point to. Instead, there may be a quiet sense of unease, restlessness, or misalignment. A feeling of being out of step with who you are or how you want to live.

This can show up as emotional flatness, anxiety without a clear cause, difficulty making decisions, or a sense of being caught between versions of yourself.

Living is not just something we think about

Much of modern life asks us to live from the neck up. To explain ourselves, analyse our feelings, and find the “right” answers. Yet our experience of living is not only mental. It is felt, sensed, and embodied.

Often, before we can put words to what feels wrong, our body already knows. We may feel tension, heaviness, numbness, agitation, or a quiet sense of disconnection. These are not problems to fix, but forms of information, ways our lived experience speaks to us.

Therapy can offer space to listen to this more carefully, and to explore what your experience is asking for.

You don’t need to have it all worked out

Many people come to therapy without a clear goal, diagnosis, or explanation. They may simply know that something feels off, and want space to understand themselves more fully.

You don’t need the right words, a neat story, or a problem to fix. Therapy can begin with noticing what it is like to be you, here and now, in your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and body.

How therapy can help

I offer existential, relational and embodied psychotherapy in London. My work is grounded in exploring lived experience, in how you make sense of your life, how you relate to yourself and others, and how your experience is felt emotionally and in the body.

Rather than rushing towards solutions or interpretations, therapy offers time to slow down, reflect, and explore what matters most to you. Together, we can gently attend to what feels blocked, constrained, or out of alignment, and explore what a more authentic way of living might look like for you.
