Gosh! Where to start? I love to study! I started with a degree in engineering, and then I moved onto a Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Nursing, and then a post graduate diploma - soon to be a masters in Existential Psychotherapy and Counselling.

I am a practicing nurse with over ten years’ experience in healthcare. I’ve worked across a wide range of healthcare settings, including long-term condition management, palliative care, and health inclusion work with refugee and homeless populations. This has included providing care abroad as well as supporting marginalised communities here at home. These experiences continue to shape the way I hold space: with compassion, realism, and a deep care for the whole person

I am a lifelong student of experience with a love for travel. I love to find my edges; meaning doing things even in the knowledge that it might be challenging, sometimes downright painful, I try the hard stuff so you might not have to. However, you might have to… and that is ok, I am also here to support you through that too.
